This recipe is recommended for those of you who want a very spicy chili. This is a very easy to make slow cooker deer chili recipe. Take the wild-game taste out of your deer chili with all of these spicy hot ingredients!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Venison
- 1 Pack (1.75 oz) Chili-O Seasoning
- 2 Cans Chili Beans
- 2 Cans Hot Rotel
- 1 Large Onion - Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Dash of Volcano Dust Bhut Jolokia (Optional)
Method
Step 1
Brown the ground deer meat in a frying pan. Use a wooden spoon to make sure the meat is broken up in small pieces.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and continue to brown the venison. Cook until the onion begins to turn translucent. Remove pan from heat.
Step 3
Transfer the venison mixture to your crockpot along with all remaining ingredients. Mix together well.
Step 4
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. (Optional - Cook on high for 4 hours)
Step 5
Add optional Bhut Jolokia Dust (Only for those wanting VERY SPICY Chili!)
